Obstructed view
The wonderful sound was amazing, but we were unaware of a 90% obstructed view. We went back to have a full view of the whole stage, and it was astonishing. Despite now being able to see the band, we were instructed to return to our seats. I explained to the usher that we had paid top dollar ($757) for our seats and parking, without any warning of obstructed view. The usher insisted we go back to our seats as we were unable to see the entire stage. After complying, I expressed my disappointment in an email. Emma from the Chiefs Stadium called me, acknowledging our experience and promising to address the obstructed view issue with the ushers to improve fan service. They will direct fans to the help desk for assistance. Our feedback has been noted for their internal improvement efforts, but unfortunately, there is no remedy for the costly errors that affected our experience.
